All services are subject to written agreements, proposals, or invoices provided on a per-project basis.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to:

  • videos

  • graphics

  • branding

  • copy

  • designs

  • animations

  • visual systems

  • logos

  • presentations
     

are the intellectual property of Stereogram Pictures unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

3. PROJECT ENGAGEMENTS
Project scope, deliverables, timelines, revisions, licensing, and payment terms are defined within individual client agreements, proposals, or invoices.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • all quotes are estimates

  • additional revisions beyond agreed scope may incur additional fees

  • timelines may shift based on client responsiveness or scope changes

  • rush delivery may require additional charges

4. PAYMENTS
Invoices are due according to the payment terms outlined within the invoice or project agreement.
Late payments may incur:
 
a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law)
until balances are paid in full.
The Company reserves the right to pause work or withhold deliverables on overdue accounts.
5. CLIENT MATERIALS
Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess the legal rights to any materials supplied to Stereogram Pictures, including:

  • logos

  • trademarks

  • footage

  • music

  • images

  • brand assets

  • scripts

The Company is not liable for infringement resulting from client-provided materials.
6. AI-GENERATED CONTENT
Certain projects may utilize generative AI tools, machine learning systems, or AI-assisted production workflows as part of the creative process.
While commercially reasonable efforts are made to ensure originality and quality:

  • outputs may contain unpredictable variations

  • clients acknowledge evolving legal and technological standards surrounding AI-generated media

  • the Company does not guarantee exclusivity of AI-generated visual elements unless explicitly agreed upon in writing

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stereogram Pictures shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages

  • consequential damages

  • lost profits

  • business interruption

  • data loss

arising from use of this website or engagement of services.
Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the applicable project.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain reasonable confidentiality regarding proprietary business information shared during project engagements unless disclosure is required by law.
9. TERMINATION
The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at its discretion in cases including:

  • abusive conduct

  • non-payment

  • unlawful requests

  • repeated scope violations

Clients remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
10. WEBSITE USE
Users agree not to:

  • misuse the website

  • attempt unauthorized access

  • distribute malicious software

  • copy or scrape website materials

  • interfere with website operation

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
This website may contain links to third-party platforms or services. Stereogram Pictures is not responsible for external content, policies, or practices.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. MODIFICATIONS
